sand 2 skEYE speaks to the light earth warrior, with the soft neutural hues and stong-stand-out texture. This hooded vest has no drawstrings or closures, intended to be worn open or pulled shut with a personalized pin/broach.
 
Each peace I create has been gridded with crystals to work with the wearer to assist in energetic protection and elevated vibrational frequency. This peace contains:
 
Citrine is associated with positivity and optimism, which is not surprising given its cheerful color. It's often used to assist in manifesting financial abundance and opportunities. It can also be used to awaken the solar plexus chakra, helping to cultivate confidence and personal power.
Black tourmaline provides protection and cleansing against harmful energy stemming from people or the environment. It has an ability to soak up, repel and banish negative energy. Black tourmaline is associated with the root chakra, providing balance, security and grounding in your life.
Tigers Eye is good for growing your confidence and strength and it is known as the stone of courage. It is a root and sacral chakra stone which means it helps you to get grounded, build a safe and strong foundation, and find your motivation once more. It's also good at warding off negative energy.
Aquamarine is sometimes classified as “the breath stone” and holds calming energies that reduce stress and quiet the mind. Great for sensitive people, this gemstone can invoke tolerance of others and aid in overcoming judgement. Aquamarine clarifies perception, sharpens intellect and helps clear confusion.
 
FABRIC CONTENT: The art of upcycling comes with the beauty of the unknown... ie, it can be tricky to know the exact fabric content of the items I create. This vest is made of a pre-loved blanket/scarf with a beautiful woven texture that feels like a poly or acrylic blend... Please know I only work with fabrics that feel good (physically & energetically) and hold integrity to wear well.
 
SIZE/FIT:  Every brand and body run so differently, so I have included measurments to gauge if it will fit you. Generally speaking, my vests fit sizes S-L depending how you want it to hang, so if your measurments are close to mine, they should fit you! The model pictured wears a size small/medium top and size large bottom, with measurments; bust: 38"/ waist: 32"/ hip: 41"

***For the best longevity of your garment, hand wash with COLD water & hang/lay flat to dry. If you do choose to machine wash, PLEASE be mindful that the tassles may knot and other items may catch on the material. Using the dryer is NOT recommended!
